	Charlton Orchards has been growing traditional varieties of apples and other fruit for over 50 years. We encourage wildlife by our growing methods and conservation areas, and welcome the public to our Farm shop, Orchard trail and open days.
	Cross Lanes Fruit Farm is a small orchard and Farm Shop near Reading in southern England growing apples, plums and pears. We are a thriving business with a committed and loyal customer base aiming to provide you with the best of British.
	Park Fruit Farm orchards near Frinton-on-Sea, on the Essex - Suffolk border were planted in 1935. We grow 55 varieties of fruit:- over 40 varieties of apples, 10 varieties of plums and damsons, 4 varieties of pears, and 1 variety of each raspberries and blackberries.
	Boddington's Berries - is one of the largest commercial growers of strawberries in Cornwall, and the only specialist concentrating on this crop alone. Over the last 60 years, we have built an outstanding reputation for our ability to grow and pack high quality strawberries, and are now producing over 100 tonnes a year for customers.

	Carroll's Heritage Potatoes - began before the start of the Millennium in our small kitchen garden! We enjoyed growing, cooking and eating these unusual varieties, so in 2002 we decided to grow 6 varieties on a 5 acre plot, and share our enthusiasm with the public and sell them at our local Farmer's Market in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
	Westcountry Organics is run by a family of committed, enthusiastic organic farmers who supply their own farm products and deal only with other farmers and producers who also enjoy full organic status licensed by an approved body such as the Soil Association.
	Mrs Tee's Wild Mushrooms - Brigitte Tee is an internationally recognised authority on Wild Mushrooms and has established a business supplying wild and cultivated exotic mushrooms to catering establishments and the public for over 25 years. The business is located on the edge of the New Forest, near Lymington in Hampshire.

	Imagine your fish coming straight from the sea, into the boat, onto the auction market -then- straight over the road to The Whitby Catch, fresh and ready to be prepared before your eyes to your own requirements in our custom built preparation area.
	The oysters farmed at Abbotsbury Oysters are of the superior Pacific variety ensuring the highest quality of meat throughout the year. The time honoured environmentally friendly ‘Poche’ method is employed to grow the oysters from seed to market size.

	Cornish Cheese Company - Looking for a way to diversify their farm business and add value to their own milk, Philip and Carol Stansfield spotted the gap in the market for a young, blue cheese that could compete with imported blue cheeses. Designed to be eaten as a young cheese.
	Here at The Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company, we continue to make cheese in keeping with the traditional art of Cheddar making in the heart of the village of Cheddar. Our cheese has won many prizes and in the last two years has won awards at the British Cheese Awards and the Royal Bath and West Show.
	It's all part of the Northumberland Cheese Company philosophy, to start with the best ingredients in the field, blend them by hand to the highest standards in cheese-making and use our expertise to experiment with flavours and maturation conditions until we create a little wedge of perfection.
	Netherend Farm make the finest real farmhouse butter "Betwixt the Severn and the Wye, the richest dairy pastures lie”. This is where you will find home to the finest traditionally churned Gloucestershire farmhouse butter.

Grocery Items

	The Cherry Tree is a family run business that has been operating since 1997. Within this time we have been selling our range of pickles, chutneys, jams and marmalades at local farmer's markets and agricultural shows - you can now mail order.
	At Littleover Apiary we gather only from the honey produced by the bees during the middle of the summer season to ensure the activity level is at its peak. It is then cold extracted and micro filtered within two hours from the hive, this is to ensure that it reaches you in the peak of condition.
	Situated in the heart of Suffolk, in the grounds of Rendlesham Hall, Suffolk Saucery produces products for Essfoods' three brands; Suffolk Mud, Staverton Ewe and Stokes - a range of sauces, pickles, chutneys, mustards, dressings and preserves.

Bakery/Confectionery

	At Bettys we still believe in keeping traditional food craft skills alive - our Bakers, Chocolatiers and Confectioners use recipes handed down through three generations. They make each and every cake, biscuit, and chocolate by hand at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate using only the finest ingredients.
	Cariad Cakes - Our unique range of award-winning vegetarian cakes are completely handmade in the beautiful medieval market town of Ludlow, Shropshire. They are free from artificial additives and preservatives and we use only the finest locally sourced ingredients where available.
	Since 1865, Elizabeth Botham & Sons has been a family run craft bakery in the ancient port of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. Following our original recipes, the finest ingredients are skillfully combined to produce Biscuits, Plum Bread and Cakes of the highest possible standard.
	Farmhouse Biscuits Limited - English manufacturers, based on Lancashire, of the finest hand made biscuits - made using traditional methods. Original recipes passed down through four generations.
