Drink

England now produces a wide variety of red, white, rose and sparkling wines, which win lots of prestigious awards. Another area where we have an edge is the breadth and quality of beers that are unsurpassed anywhere else in the world. Wine flown in from New Zealand/ Australia creates 3,302kg CO2.  Wine from Kent/Sussex creates 5kg CO2.

Beers & Ciders

	City of Cambridge Brewery - is recognised for the quality of its products and its concern for the environment. In addition to awards for real ales, such as the Beauty of Hop Bronze Award won by Hobson's Choice, the brewery proudly holds a conservation award for the introduction of native reed beds at its site.
	Online Beer Festival - we host a wide range of quality British ales from specialist regional breweries, for home consumption. Enjoy the fine and varied flavours of the best of British beer by making a selection from the breweries listed and we will deliver direct to your front door usually within 2 to 4 days. 	Thatchers has made fine cider in Somerset for over 100 years. Crafted using freshly pressed English apples many of our traditional ciders are based on authentic recipes and matured in oak. Today these complement the new, refreshingly different drinks in Thatchers' award winning range.

Wines

English Organic Wine - Award-winning organic red, white and sparkling English wines, all grown and bottled at England's oldest organic vineyard, established 1979 at Sedlescombe in Sussex. Sedlescombe is the home of the UK's original organic vineyard, where we offer the finest quality organic wines, ideal as ethical gifts for wine lovers.

Lurgashall Winery - we produce a superb range of fruit liqueurs, honey meads and country wines that use only the finest natural ingredients. Fiercely proud of our British heritage and tradition, it’s always been our policy to source the fruits, flowers and vegetables that we use from our own grounds and the best local producers. If Nature and the climate intervene, we source wherever possible from the British Isles.

Spirits & Liqueurs

The English Whisky Co is now established as the first and only registered whisky distilling company in England. Our objective is to produce excellent quality whisky that will be able to compete with some of the finest whiskies currently on the market. We aim to use the very best local ingredients, giving a unique and truly excellent whisky. The distillery is open 7 days a week for tours and also has a great whisky shop stocking whiskies from around the world which you can visit any time to pick up your favourite whisky or a present.

At Bramley and Gage we started making liqueurs over 20 years ago on our fruit farm in South Devon. The lessons learnt in growing fruit still guide our production today, from letting it ripen fully and naturally on the bush, to using only the varieties that give the best flavour.

Juices

At Bensons we simply press English apples in a traditional way, and bottle the juice on a 400 year old farm in the Cotswolds. It takes just 24 hours to turn English apples into juice and we press 15 whole apples to fill a 750ml bottle using a simple process that has been around for centuries. We use different varieties of apples and add other fruit to make our healthy and delicious drinks.

Waterloo Arms, Lyndhurst - a traditional 17th Century Inn, we offer all our customers a warm welcome. Our restaurant offers a varied menu of traditional home made food, freshly prepared and cooked to order. There's something to tempt all appetites, from mouth-watering starters, to a selection of succulent local meat dishes and grills, and we specialize in Game, Fresh Fish and Seafood.
